Repairs on the spot, Flat Tyre Service and Vehicle Key Service : If your car gets stranded in the middle of nowhere, you don’t need to panic as long as you have the MyTVS Emergency card. Taking a membership for their emergency services makes you eligible to get personalized services whether it is repairs or flat tyre. Repairs may include Battery jump starting, minor electrical repairs, replacement of fuses, minor fuel related repairs, minor wiper repairs, bulb replacements, spark plug replacements, minor brake/ clutch adjustments. Some of these services are provided free of cost and some include a nominal amount based on your emergency card plan. Furthermore, if you have left your key inside the car and locked it, their technician will assist you in taking the key out.
Emergency Towing Assistance during Breakdown or Accident and Emergency Fuel Delivery : If your car becomes immobilized due to a breakdown or accident, towing assistance would be provided for members of MyTVS’ emergency services. You can also ask for emergency fuel delivery. Vehicle technicians would come to the location of breakdown and do the needful. Costs would depend on your membership plan. Material costs like fuel charges are usually payable at actual.
Cab Assistance and Accommodation : In the event of your getting stuck somewhere due to a car breakdown, MyTVS will assist you with a cab to take you to your destination. You will have to just pay actuals for the cab and nominal service charges based on the membership plan. If repairing your car on the spot is not possible and you need to stay back, they will help you find a hotel room closest to the breakdown location.
