* Breakfast will be served till 10.00hrs, Lunch will be served till 15:00 hrs and Dinner will be served till 23:00hrs only.

* Hotel can only provide up to 2kv Electricity at Senate -1 and 3kv Electricity at forum -1 & 2 .
* There is no separate plate charge for kids (same for everybody).
* Bill is generated on actual plates or guaranteed pax, whichever is higher
* Cancellation if any to be intimated One Month prior to the booking date failing which 100% retention charges will be applicable.
* The hotel will treat all the bookings made by the company as guaranteed bookings and the retention charges will be charged in the event of cancellation / amendment or no show.
* Mode of Payment: - 50% advance Payment will be required on confirmation of the bookings and the remaining balance to be cleared 24 hours prior to the event by Cash / DD only.
* In case of any incidental charges above agreed package to be cleared by the guests by cash or credit card only before or at the time of the event. No Cheque payment will be accepted in any case.
Below are Not Allowed:
1) Bands, Light, Crackers, Glass Balloons, Bridegroom's mare and ceremony thereof beyond a predetermined hotel gate.
2) Blocking of traffic on the road, entrance and exit gate.
3) Marigold flowers and paan inside the hotel premises.
4) Banners on the grill / main entrance of the hotel.
5) Live music, dance or otherwise beyond 23:00 hrs, or as per the local laws.
6) Any loss / damage / theft or misbehavior leading to breaking the law of the land and state will be redeemed from you.
