    Terms and Conditions

    1) There would be additional charge of 18% towards GST on entire billing.
    2) Minimum Guarantee (MG): refers to the minimum number of person to be paid for. In case the actual number of attendees on the day of event is less than the MG, there will be no refund of any kind.
    3) In order to confirm the booking, you would be requited to make 100% advance payment towards the estimated billing amount as per the Minimum Guarantee. The balance payment, if any, to be paid at the time of Check Out either in Cash/Account Transfer. Please note that the invoice would be shared on next working day.
    4) If they payment is being made through Master/VISA Credit Card, there would be additional charge of 2.36% and though American Express Credit Card, there would be additional charge of 3.54% on entire billing towards Conveyance Fees levied by payment partners.
    5) Booking made are non-refundable or non-adjustable. 100% retention charge will apply for all cancellation.
    6) Any activity/service which are not covered in the package will be provided at extra cost and paid directly at resort.
    7) The Guests would be bounded by all the house rules, regulation and by laws in force during their stay.
    8) Check-In and Check-Out Timings: Day Outing (Check-In: 11:00 AM and Check-Out: 06:00 PM) - Residential Stay (Check-In : 01:00 PM and Check-Out: 11:00 AM on next day).
