What is the use of these Coupons?
You get Discounts on the Entry tickets. Show the Email on Arrival at the Reception and pay the discounted price at the counter. You CANNOT use these codes to buy Entry tickets online.
What are the Entry ticket prices?
They are mentioned on the deal page separately for Adults and Kids. The Entry Fees mentioned are per head. Ticket Rates are inclusive of GST 18%.

What happens next?

What are the advantages of not booking the tickets online?
For day outings especially there will be sudden increase of members or drop-outs in the last minute. You have to go through unnecessary hassles of cancellation and getting a refund. Instead you can do a booking and pay the amount through Card at the Reception

Do I need to take the printout of the email?
A printout of the email is enough or show it on the mobile.
Does the The Hidden Castle ticket include food?
Yes. The Entry Fee Ticket includes Welcome Drink or Breakfast, Lunch and Tea + Snacks in the evening.
Can we take the liquor inside??
No. However, you can buy the licence for a day which costs Rs.15,000
Does the Entry Fee cover all the games and facilities?

Is Prior Booking required?
Recommended. Please call up their number in the email. Some big corporate may suddenly book the entire place for a day.
Is swimming wear mandatory for the use of Swimming Pool?
Yes. You can bring your own, or rent or buy them at the location.

Shoes and pants are mandatory for adventure games.

Liquor consumption, drugs, hookah, and pan are prohibited within the premises of the resort.
If anybody wants to bring liquor, a license has to be procured, which is estimated to cost ₹15,000 per day.

Only the conversation that is documented between the guest and the resort team is valid.
Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
