1) Please plan your visit 3 days in advance and check availability prior to booking.
2) Entry to the adventure park closes 2 hours before day closing.
3) Operational hours of certain activities and events vary depending upon the activity,
For Example: Swimming pool closes at 18:00hrs & Paintball closes at 18:00hrs.
4) Eligibility criteria like WEIGHT, HEIGHT, Dress code & other health related criteria are applicable.
5) Guests with the following medical ailments may be prohibited from performing the activities: Heart Problems, High BP, Neurological Disorder, Spondylitis, Backache, Epilepsy, Recent Surgery / Fracture, Pregnancy and Osteoporosis. Please check the eligibility specific to the activity you wish to take part in.
6) Please check the total amount before making payment.
7) No refund / amendment or carry forward is allowed.
8) Passes / Packages are for Single Time Use Only.
9) Cost related to rectifying any damage caused to the equipment due to handling / Mishandling to be borne by the guest as determined by the staff.
10) It is a NO SMOKING / NO DRINKING / NO LITTERING area.
11) Few games / activities require minimum persons to participate; activity shall be operational only after the numbers are achieved.
12) Activities are prone to wear & tear; break-down, maintenance, safety audit; during these or any other circumstances the said activities may not be operational.
13) Management reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw the deal without prior notice.
