Terms and Conditions

1. Any Cancellation / Postponement / Alteration has to be made 03 days prior to the date of the event, else liable for 100% retention charge of the package value as per this agreement.
2. The difference between the guaranteed number and the expected number of pax should not exceed 10%.
3. In case of any reduction in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the guaranteed number of persons will be charged for.
4. In case of an increase in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the actual number will be charged for.
5. Confirmation is subject to receipt of the signed acknowledgement of the confirmation letter and 50% non-refundable advance of the quotation value at the time of booking by the way of A/C payee Cheque / Demand Draft.
6. The remaining amount & extras should be settled at the time of check-out.
7. Guests are requested to be appropriately attired while using swimming pool (trunks / Nylon / synthetic costumes) (T-Shirts, Shirts, leggings, cotton pants, half pants and Bermuda are not allowed in the swimming pool) and wear sports shoes to utilize the sports facilities.
8. Indoor & outdoor games cannot be blocked exclusively for any group. These games can be accessed on a first come first serve basis. Only slots can be blocked for Cricket & Treasure Hunt upon prior reservation.
9. Hotel is not responsible for any kind of Injury.
10. Hotel is not responsible for your Valuables.
11. Food will be charged as per Headcount.
12. Separate buffet setup will be provided only if the group size is more than 30.
13. No firework display is allowed on the premises.
14. All entertainment activity at the poolside requires written permission from the hotel and must be intimated in advance.
15. No musical activity will be allowed at the poolside after 10:30 pm.
16. For any music requirement, 2KV power will be provided from the Hotel. For additional power, Event organizer has to arrange Genset.
17. Pets are not allowed in the resort.
18. All loading and unloading must be done at a location specified by the hotel.
19. Any breakage or damage would be charged.
20. The hotel will provide normal lighting at the event venue. The event organizer should make the necessary arrangements for extra power requirements, cables, wires etc.
21. The guests may strictly be instructed not to move around the unlit areas of the resort and should not enter reception & restaurant with the swimming costume.
22. Management reserves the right to release any Tentative Booking, if the same is not confirmed within 2 days after the tentative booking.
23. Confirmation of booking is subject to first come first serve basis, the management reserves the right to release any booking, if its not confirmed.
24. All Correspondence regarding tentative bookings, confirmation and amendment are to be done by written letter mail. Bookings made over the phone will not be accepted.
